Most of my friends would say I have an easy-going personality. One of the first things you'll notice about me is that I love to laugh. I've got a great sense of humor and think that life is endlessly entertaining so I'm easily amused. Even though I take my responsibilities seriously, I enjoy life and try not to take the day-to-day ups and downs too seriously. I figure that as long as I can open my eyes and get out of bed each morning on my own, it's going to be a good day.
I tend to keep myself pretty busy – no long couch-potato sessions for me, although I do LOVE movies and quiet times with a special friend. In my “spare” time, I like to tinker on my house (remodeling, repairing) and in my garden; I sing in several different chamber and symphony choirs, so I usually have one (but occasionally two) evening rehearsals during the week; I travel overseas several times a year (often it's a SCUBA diving trip, but not always) - I love to see new places and experience new things; I also like to cook, so I enjoy inviting friends over for dinner or an impromptu party on the back deck. If I’m not working on a house/garden project, you might find me hiking in the mountains or sneakin’ up on brown trout in the streams nearby. And curling up with a good book is always a treat...
My Ideal Person:
I’m looking for a kind, intelligent man who shares my sense of wonder and adventure and sees a world of endless possibilities. I'm hoping that some clever man will figure out that he can write to me directly using my moniker and a variation of C0m cast/not. I'd like to find a true friend and companion – everything that's good about life can be even better when it's shared! That doesn't mean that we have to spend every moment together -- we'll have a few separate interests -- but we'll enjoy telling each other about it when we are together again. I have lots of interests and hobbies and would expect that you're the same. You're probably a good listener, too, and know the value of a lively conversation as well as the peace that can be found in quiet closeness.
