Enjoying every single day is important, and taking life too seriously can be b-o-r-i-n-g. I'm pretty laid back, slow to anger (but not a pushover) and quick to laugh. I love to read, take long, long walks on the beach, and enjoy being with other people. TV is okay, reading is better. Frugal is good; cheap is not. Kindness is good; cynicism is not. Be kind to little children, animals,and old people and treat me like your equal. That pretty much sums it up.
My Ideal Person:
If there is a man out there who is comfortable with the concept of "space" in a relationship, I would love to find him. At the senior age, many of us have been single a long time and are used to having some alone time, even if it's for an hour or an afternoon. I detest jealousy because it's a waste of energy, especially if I don't give any reason for my partner feel that way. I want someone who enjoys life, laughs a lot, and is open with his feelings. Good communication is a must!
