My friends say I am easy-going and fun to be with. I enjoy being active but also appreciate quiet time for reading and being with that special person. I enjoy dining out but I still remember how to cook. I lost my husband of 46 years in 2007. I'm not looking for a replacement but a companion and friend.
I have 3 grown children, 9 grandchildren, and are you ready for this? 2 great-grandchildren. I love going to family functions as well as socializing with friends. My favorite job was working for the U.S.Coast Guard Intelligence.
I have a home in Arizona (winter , October to mid-April) and New York (summer mid-April to early October). I also love to visit my son who lives on the eastern shore in Virginia. I usually spend a month there during the summer. Did I mention that he is a Deputy Sheriff? I Love the beach but also love the desert. I think friendship should come first and then who knows!
