Single mom, soon to be empty nester - a warm, funny, kind mother of a 17 year old - yadda, yadda yadda. I like good films (mostly indie and foreign), music, theater. Prefer quiet evenings but I also like the excitement of a great concert or party. I love to laugh and think it's important to be able to laugh at oneself and life in general. I am a child of the sixties (with an edge) and still maintain many of those beliefs. I am pretty outgoing, expressive and open to life. Do you believe in magic? I still do. Ready to meet my best friend - a strong, honest, kind, sincere man with similar interests. Did I mention HONEST? A good sense of humor is really important - he shouldn't take himself too seriously - someone who knows how to forgive and forget. Must like kids (even a teenager) and please accept us for who we are: a sometimes silly, often goofy mom and her son (package deal, non-negotiable) who love to laugh and love life.
