I hope when meeting a gentleman , there will be a mutual acknowledgement of compatilbility. I do not have a list of "must haves". I am seeking someone whose personality will blend with and compliment mine.--someone whose presence, laughter and words caress me. I want very much to be able to return the caresses in kind. In the best of all possible worlds, there would be a primal feeling of completeness and contentment.
My Ideal Person:
As mentioned earlier, I really do not have a "must have" or "must be" list. What I enjoy about companions/friends include: humor (ranging from silly to outrageous), loyality, foregiveness, caring and just "being there". My friends tell me that I am a good listener, non judgemental, spontaneous and adventuresome. I enjoy reading murder mysteries as well as good literature, am addicted to CSI, am estastic when I have the opportunity to trail ride, and enjoy nature watching. I am a person who fits well in rural as well as city settings. Magazines to which I subscribe are--National Geographic, Newsweek, NC Wildlife and Trail Riding. I enjoy the company of others, but also need some alone time. I collect pottery, equine art, rocks and minerals and sea shells. One of my favorite things is to engage in stimulating conversations--not verbal brawls. In the world of art, I enjoy plays, small venue performances, musicals, art museums--really almost any kind of museum. I am dying to explore the American Indian Museum in DC. Self study has included art appreciation, Plains Indians, horse management and Field Trialing. I feel it is most important to be curious and make an effort to learn new things. I have retired, but returned to work part time which gives me the luxury of having time to play. The picture I posted and the words I have written cannot possibly reflect the essence of my being--but hey--it is a start!!
