I'm an active, healthy 52-year-old woman who wants someone to go out with, stay home with ... a friend and lover. I'm divorced 13 years, no kids, professionally employed, enjoy my work. I'm a city girl, but I love the sound of the breeze in tall trees, country vistas, water in almost any form -- not quite sure whether my future is in the city or the country, maybe some of both. I guess I'm average-looking (for my age) -- I dress nicely, take care of myself, could stand to lose a few pounds, light brown hair with blond highlights, greenish eyes, pretty legs. Going out, I like the movies or theater productions or smaller music concerts of just about any kind, trying out restaurants with friends, visiting the arboretum, going on picnics, long walks (trite but true), road trips, day hikes. At home, I like to sit on the patio and drink iced tea and read the paper, admire the gardens, work in the gardens, do my school work (back in college working on a new degree!), do home repair projects (some turn out better than others). My Ideal Person:
I'd like to meet an enthusiastic man with interests of his own who'd like to share a few of mine and have me share a few of his, capable of optimism, seeking the comfort and wonder of a trusting, intimate relationship. Kids are fine, pets are fine, I don't really care what your religion is, as long as you don't need me to make it mine chapter and verse (so to speak).
