Most of my working life was spent in Education.They say that teachers love to learn and are interested in many aspects of life. I am certainly no exception!
I am presently retired as a high school science teacher and an administrator but I am not at all ready for the rocking chair!
I am especially interested in art, poetry, music, philosophy, science, history, travel, and current world events.
I am an eclectic soul and have an insatiable curiosity.
I am able to converse with you in four languages and like to discuss past and present world events. A traveling companion would be nice but in any case, we can always discusss new scientific discoveries and the books we have read or will read.
I like having social contacts with interesting friends. This keeps me alive and stimulated.
I enjoy being retired and believe the best of my life is yet to come.

My Ideal Person:
I need a gentleman with whom I can share ideas, discuss current events, and attend concerts and art exhibits. This friend will share the good times with me and offer his shoulder for a good cry when the going gets rough. I am willing to do the same for him.With some luck we can travel together or simply admire a beautiful sunset.
