I have been a widow for 6 1/2 years, have 2 adult children who are married and have children - that makes a grandmother of 5!!

I enjoy many things -- I love to start my day walking my dog, have a cup of coffee with the morning paper before I leave for work. My friends are very important to me and I like spending time with them.

I also enjoy a glass of wine with dinner, going out to eat, movies, great conservations, reading, discussing politics (can't stand Bush!!) , picnics, hiking, walking and traveling. I like to have fun and have a serious side too.

I need to be with people who have similar interests, and are comfortable within "their own skins" -- fun, kind to others, nonjudgemental, and well educated.

I hope to find a friend who enjoys a simple life, has similar interests, and would enjoy doing things together. Road trips are also fun to discover new things or revisit old places.
