A lady of leisure, addicted to smiles and laughter, I’m looking for that missing link to rock my world. I love to entertain family and friends and have been told I should have been a professional party planner. My musical interests range from The Beatles to Lynrd Skynrd to Peter Allen to Kenny Rogers. I guess you could say I’m a little bit country, and a little bit rock and roll. But don’t ask me to karaoke because that ain’t gonna happen. I’d rather watch and listen to you. I love the romance of sitting around the campfire and watching the smoke drift towards the sky, sitting on the beach at night watching the surf lapping towards the shore and walking around the deck of a cruise ship, hand in hand, gazing out at the vast ocean and just dreaming. At 55 (yes I am a member of AARP), I am still young at heart and in spirit and looking forward to the future and all that may come. If you are a gentleman who likes sugar and spice and all things nice, then maybe we should talk. Perhaps a cup of coffee at a quaint little restaurant would be just the place to break the ice and begin getting to know one another.
My Ideal Person:
A gentleman, maybe a little rough around the edges, but who is sure of who he is and what he wants, but does not close himself off to new experiences and different points of view. Someone who can be creative in dealing with life’s little challenges and doesn’t feel that just because it’s always been done that way that there isn’t room for improvement or change. And if he doesn’t mind being spoiled a little by a good woman, then that’s a big plus.
