A few years back, I suffered a spinal cord injury. After years of hard work, I can now walk with a cane and a limp in one leg. Prior to this, I was athletic, and loved outdoor sports - water skiing, snow skiing, etc. I still love boating and jet skiing. I try to work out often to maintain my ability level. It takes hard work. At the time this happened, I was in rehab for months and exceeded expectations of my therapist. So in that way, I am blessed.
