Mature single male that enjoys most outdoor and indoor avtivities. I enjoy dinning out. I workout regularly and try to eat right. I enjoy meeting people and travelling. I'm 54 yo, 5'11", 205#, and in good shape. I'm clean, disease & drug free and a nonsmoker and expect the same from the person I meet. Most people fear age, I'm find that I can do alot of things I thought I would ever be doning and enjoying like to the fullest. No rocking chair or sitting around for me. Its time to enjoy life, not watch it pass by! Other then my teenage and 3-4 dogs, my passion in life is running, whether it's running in a marathon or pushing my niece in her wheelchair at the Bolder Boulder. I also enjoy biking, hiking, camping, fishing, travelling, hunting, swimming (Snorkling) and photography. I would like to get back into dancing .... but it would take a brave lady to dance with me, or wear steel toed boots! Ouch!

I'm looking for a lady to be a friend and lover. I would like to find a lady that is reasonably health conscience and takes care of herself.
