I am a professional artist, still teaching part time, who is busy cleaning up the mess Rita left, and dealing with tenants from rental property. I like all kinds of art, traveling, challenges, and people. I have a great sense of humor, like to help folks and volunteer my skills where I can. I am relatively intelligent and self-actualized. My pet peeves are misuse of the apostrophe, snobby people, broken promises, and tardiness. My friends think I'm a lot of fun, and a good listener. Some people are shocked to find out I used to sky-dive, ride my own motorcycle and was an avid water skier. Now I just watch football (Steelers or Saints only) attend plays, performances, and movies, and I like to cook, or eat out.
My Ideal Person:
I am hoping to meet a tall man 5'10 or over, who is sure of himself and has a strong personality. I want a guy who will make me laugh when I am sad, sympathize with me when I make a mistake or bad choice, and help me figure out a lot of things only men seem to know about! I am not looking for marriage, but would like to have a close relationship that rewards both of us for devotion. It would be nice if he was adventurous and liked the same food and activities I do. I would hope he would bring something interesting to the relationship. I am not interested in men who are looking for a nurse or a purse, but one who would appreciate emotional support and warmth.
