New to the area, recently widowed, like the Muny, live theater, GOOD movies, museums, historic places, the CARDINALS, concerts in the park, exploring the countryside, going to antique shops and flea markets, hanging out with family/friends, bowling, dancing, rides in the country, and playing cards.
On the other side of the coin, I am a hopeless romantic, I love sitting by the river and watching it flow, quiet times under the stars and moon, moonlight swims, snuggling by a fire, sitting on the porch and sharing thoughts and dreams, dancing under the stars, huggin, kissin, and all that good stuff with the right person.
I’m merely a complex person, like everyone else on this planet and am smart enough to realize it, with simple tastes that can adapt to almost any situation I end up in.
My Ideal Person:
Someone to share time with doing everything and nothing at the same time. Someone that at a drop of the hat wants to go out and grab a sandwich or come over for a home cooked dinner, take a ride to nowhere but end up somewhere interesting, sit out under the stars and share some long ago memories and future dreams, to snuggle by the fire on a cold or dreary day and listen to some good music (anything but Hip Hop and Rap), visit a museum to see the wonderful things it contains, explore our past at historic places, just to watch a movie or show on television, got to a outdoor concert and enjoy the music and the weather, catch a good play at a local theater, see a good sporting event, or just do anything and everything that comes to one’s mind.
A kind, considerate, gentle, caring, funny person who doesn’t care what the Jones’ are doing or have, that is satisfied just enjoying life to the fullest and sharing it someone. A person that likes his own space and respects the other persons’ space constrains too. Someone that can see the beauty of the country and the people in it. Someone that knows how to treat a lady and enjoys being a gentleman. One who wants to take the time to stop and smell the roses.
