I am a semi retired Hospitality Project manager ! I work in Indonesia, and I travel to the Philippines where I am completing two Thesis on the Indigenous people of the Philippines. I also volunteer as a private Chef to a couple of friends, in return for accommodation in the NT and NSW. I have Four homes that I stay in, In the NT I stay in Lake Bennett and also Tennant Creek, In NSW I stay in Wingham near Taree and also in Merrylands. My life is generally organised until I get a call to Jakarta, Indonesia, where I work as a Hospitality Project Manager. I look after five restaurants, a central Kitchen and a Catering company. I am at the beck and call of my employers. Hence my travel can be quite sudden when the need occurs.
