Inquisitive. That's one way of describing myself. Interested in others. Meeting people. Simply being in the pr sense of others. Engaging in lively conversation.
In some ways I hug the middle of the bell curve, and in other ways, I live out on the edges.
My large blended family is here in Edmonton, and scattered arounfnthe continent. So, I am in contact with them to varying degrees. I do like to see them when I can.
Just recently, I returned from a month in Japan, having travelled there on my own, learning a bit of the language and culture. Back home, I'm trying to keep up my language studies.
With the arrival of Spring, I am back outside walking. A lot. In my own neighbourhood, and elsewhere in the city. Being retired means that I can go out, or travel when I want, or not. When travelling, I rather like going places in the off sea. It's usually less crowded, often cheaper, and you could say that it suits my perality.
At home, I do my housework. I enjoy cooking, maybe only too well. I spend time reading and studying, which give me pleasure.
These are a few of my favourite things. Perhaps we can get together to talk and exchange ideas and learn more about one another.
