I am a clay artist, and published writer and poet living with my cat in a beach cottage on an island. I am very much involved in the arts scene here. My life is fulfilling and I am very happy every moment, however, meeting someone to enhance my life would be lovely.
It is important for you to know that I have Systemic Lupus. It is chronic, but is kept under control by meds. It is especially important for anyone who is considering a serious relationship to know how he will feel about it because I cannot choose not to have it.

I would like to meet a man who likes women for all the traits that make them different from men. For the way they talk, the things they do, the way they interact with other women. A man who is confident, not intimidated by an independent woman. A man who is compassionate and giving, who recognizes gentleness as strength and is gentle himself. A man who can hold a conversation and make me laugh. A man who is respectful but understands that I am not helpless. A man with a poetic soul.
