I can best be describes as positive and enthusiastic, fun loving, artistic, creative and active. Was married for a long happy time until my husband passed away. Recently retired after 30 + years as a social worker. I enjoy just about all life has to offer but need someone to share the adventure with me. I am physically active – a former competitive swimmer who still swims a mile 3 – 4 times a week. I love spending time at a private, rustic family retreat on a central CA lake. I love travel and have done quite a bit both domestic and foreign and am looking forward to much more. Since retiring I design and create spiritually oriented jewelry and clothing. Recently have been working on a meditation garden including an authentic native american medicine wheel.
I try to stay in good physical condition and am no wimp when it comes to work - Recently dug out an area for my garden pond by hand and enjoyed putting the work out to good use rather than wasting all of my energy at the gym.
Addition - since the weather has turned cooler I would like to replace the electric blanket and extra pillows with a warm human body.
My Ideal Person:
Someone who can and will connect at an emotional level. As long as you are able to provide for yourself looks and financial status are not as important as ability to give, receive and share.
I travel a lot and am seeking a partner to share the adventure with. However I do not like cold weather on a full time basis so although I would consider some latitude in relocation I definitely do not want to live in the "cold country"
