I am pretty unique, I emigrated from England about a year ago to be closer to my daughter and her family. I am well read, a good cook, a fair dancer, and have a large sense of both fun and humor (or should that be humour?) so don't respond to this message if you are intimidated by a confident, intelligent, woman who sounds more cultured than she really is.

I'm not looking for marriage, just someone to spend good times with, I don't need you to rescue me, I am doing nicely but honestly I miss a gentleman's company. My husband of 30 years died 14 years ago so I think we can safely say I am not on the rebound.
I drive a Honda CRV which I know is a girls car, but if you see the way I throw it around corners you might think it was a sports car in disguise. And yes I do know my way round cars, I learnt to drive (one or two years ago!!) on a Morgan plus 4. I promise to drive on the correct side of the road.
