I am extremely comfortable with who I am, and want my life to be as uncomplicated as possible. I have a rather off-beat sense of humor, and never take myself too seriously. I am very openly affectionate, passionate, not afraid to speak my mind, have strong spiritual beliefs (spiritual not religious), and I laugh a lot. I love watching old movies, shopping, eating out, theater, art galleries, museums, the city at night (not crazy about it during the day!), reading anything historical or biographical. I had 20 years with the Dept of Defense, and am now enjoying being retired. Love having the freedom to do whatever I want! And would love to travel almost anywhere, take an Alaskan cruise, go to the mountains, or just sit on the beach and watch the ocean. And it would be so much nicer to do it all with my best friend and lover!
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a man who is comfortable with himself, and doesn't take life or himself too seriously, who has a good sense of humor, and wants to enjoy life to the fullest. I am strong-willed, and need a man who is equally strong-willed, but kind and loving. I am looking for a man who knows who he is and what he stands for. Someone who is honest with himself, and will be honest with me. I am looking for an honorable man.
