Act and look younger than my real age, so my friends say. Positive, caring, kind, can compromise and be
very flexible about most things. Like to be active.
Take private pilates lessons 2 days a week, work with
a personal trainer another 2 days.
Have traveled extensively - British Isles, most of Western Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Egypt,Kenya,
Russia, China,down the Amazon River, Rio, Mexico,
Hawaii and some in the U.S.,Thailand, Laos,Vietnam and
the Island of Malta
Attend the Seattle Opera, PNW Ballet, Northwest Sinfonnieta (Tacoma). Also like theater performances, movies, and different museums and
attending/listening to most any classical music. Do
sometimes enjoy jazz, blues and easy listening. TV
is mostly for the news , although often watch
programs on public TV stations.
I am a Mariner's fan although mostly listen or watch
on TV. I like to fish and have done a good bit of trolling for salmon in the ocean and some lake fishing. Enjoy the water and boat rides.
Like to entertain and to cook. Other interests are
wine tasting, volunteering, worked to help establish
the city in which I live. I enjoy gardening which is
mostly flowers and shrubs, keeping the bird feeders full and watching all the antics of the bird world.
Until I had knee replacement surgery in 2008 I
loved to dance. I hope one day soon I can get back to that. And lastly, I never seem to find enough time
to read books, keep up with news magazines and the
newspaper. There will never be enough time in this
world to explore all I would like!
My Ideal Person:
Would like to find a gentleman who shares at least
some of my interests and is willing and able to explore new things and share his interests with me.
Travel still interests me within the U.S. or I still
have places I'd like to visit overseas especially if
I had someone to travel with me. I am also very satisfied to spend cozy evenings at home.
