I have blue eyes and red hair. I love to laugh, listen to--live and recorded--music (jazz, r&b, blues, oldies), cook, go to the movies/theatre, read a lot of thrillers/mysteries, talk politics (more left than right) and generally have a good time!! I've traveled a bit (Europe, Asia) and want to do more. I teach TV Production, Directing and Acting at the college level--terrific! as well as work in the Film and Television industry (Director/Stage Manager) to pay the rent. I love the canyons of Sixth Avenue and everything that comes with it. -- and PLEASE, if you're married or living with someone, do not write me. That kind of relationship is so complicated.
My work has always been important to me--at times, all consuming, so much so that I had no time for anything else. I made a conscious decision to change that--which is why I'm here...
I've read wonderful, long essays about feelings and experiences that are open and honest--some not so much. I would rather do that opening up in person--if there's interest. I have and have had a great life--done a lot, seen a lot, been a lot of places, know a lot of people. I'm not through. Join me in this journey!!!!
By the way, I lived in the Haight and Berkeley during 1968 before I came back here to NYU. I was NOT going to any school at that time. I did a lot of partying, going to the Filmore, Avalon Ballroom etc. etc., and I still have some happy hippy in me--just no drugs anymore.
I'm looking for someone happy and successful--preferably in Manhattan. I really am not into being penpals. And I'd like someone who is still "active", not married or otherwise unavailable.
