I'm a retired man that was finally able to take up a life long ambition, and that is to play drums and sing. I played back in the 50's and even had one professional gig, but was scared out of playing by all the dopers among the ranks of pro-musicians of the time. I didn't pick up the sticks again until 1996. I'm told that I have an excellent sense of humor, but being a musician, a sense of humor is required. Because I play at so many private parties (I do have my own 1-man show), I AM the life of the party. I do like to dance, and I've been told that I am a good dancer, but I'm usually behind my drums and don't really get to dance much. I own my own home and have built an oversize garage with a soundproofed music room in back where I practice...and I usually practice 2 hours a day. I dearly love and play all types of dance music, but Rock & Roll and Blues are my Forte'. That's why my "show" is named "REE-cycled"....I refuse to grow up.
I consider myself very clean and D/D free as they say. I also consider myself very honest, sincere and up front. Many times, I put people off because I say it like it is. '
I admit that I'm not a rich man, but if a girl wants a guy that's loads of fun even if he is a "cheap date"...I'm the guy.
My Ideal Person:
I would like to meet a lady who could become a good friend and maybe a lover. At this point in my life, I don't know if I'm ready for a serious relationship or not, but one never knows and time will only tell. I'm looking for a lady with inner pride that knows she's beautiful.
Being a musician, I would like to find someone that truly understands music and the effort and ability to produce it. If a lady is either a musician or singer...that's a major plus (NO accordianists, please). But, at the same time, I wouldn't want a lady that is stuck in the rut of liking and playing only one type of music.
I'd like to find a lady that has a real sense of humor and can make light of almost any situation. If she's a clown, has a few loose bolts, or is somewhat short of a full load....that's the girl!
I'd like to find a girl that WILL kiss me on the first date, because I will definitely give it a try. And if she really enjoys hugging, kissing and holding hands...that's my lady.
Show me a lady that has never had someone sing love songs to her....but would melt like snow in July if he did...that's my girl. I will sing to you and bring out every emotion you possess.
I don't want Barbie, Marilyn Monroe or Elizabeth Taylor. I want a lady that has inner beauty, warmth and a genuine personality, not a phoney.
Beauty is only skin deep; it's what's inside that really counts.
And if the lady can play an instrument and/or sing (on key, of course), I'll be right down to pick you up.

I want to thank all of you beautiful ladies that took the time to check my profile and those of you that did actually contact me. Your consideration was not overlooked and I do appreciate it. However, I have found the girl of my dreams (through another site) and you won't have to look at my ugly face anymore. She's deaf, dumb, blind, rich, 38DD, dresses very sexy, is the Chairwoman of a major bank and drives a Rolls Royce. Actually, her chauffer drives it. Anyway, you can consider me "tooken".
