Excercises prior to... 3/23/2006
A couple good excercises I have found prior to going to bed
or can be done anytime you feel the urge.
1. while sitting, stretch your legs, one at a time, straight
out in front of you. See how far you can stretch them, got
a little further each time. Feel the stretch. feel those
muscles loosening up.
2. sore or stiff shoulders- do circle's with them-first

Senior's are not classified as 20 year old, so why are
they on SFF? I have had many 20-30 year olds email me. What

I just read that PHYSICIANS do remove parts of a patients
body, for research. My question is this;;DO they think
they can remove these parts for research without permission
from the patient? What kind of responsibility would they
