Three stars, a sun colors red white and blue waving proudly when Manny "Pacman"Pacquiao won last Saturday night in Las Vegas in boxing. It was a fight with Miguel Cotto who defended his title as WBO Welterweight Champion.
Pacman was awarded a diamond studded belt accented with emeralds, rubies and gold worth $50,000.
He is the first in the boxing history to hold the title in 7 weight classifications.
He is called pound-for-pound king ,boxer of the year and now the cover in Time magazine.
Everytime Pacman has a fight, the Philippines at least for 2-3 hours is crime free.
The first time I saw him in a late night boxing show I really saw the great potentials in him having a prize of $10.00 per win.
From a poor family with less education it was a goal to him to bring home food after a fight. Just food to eat was all in his mind.
Now, he is the world's greatest boxer of his time. He got huge amount of money that can be lived by by his great grandkids.
I saw in him fear in God , love for his family, his countrymen and friends and most of all humility.
He set the pace how Filipinos can be appreciated with their excellence not only in boxing but to all fields of their excellence from domestic helpers,performers, medical services and a lot more.
I am proud to be a Filipino and would wave my flag everywhere I go.

While a man was polishing his new car, his 4 yr old son picked up stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times; not realizing he was using a wrench.
At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?' The man was so hurt and speechless; he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times.
Devastated by his own actions......sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches; the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'. The next day that man committed suicide.
Anger and Love have no limits.
Things are to be used and people are to be loved, but the problem in today's world is that, people are used and things are loved.

It has been over a month that Gist is out of circulation.I found out her computer messed up...lots of work to do and worst of all she is sick.
