ever since i told someone i was a conservative, i have been repeatedly attacked by one who i thought was my friend. i thought that as someone who chatted here and blogged here, i was allowed to have an opinion. but since i dont agree with her politically, i am now a horrible person. i posted a blog this mornin that i c/p from a web site, about the lies that hillary clinton has told. many many other people write political blogs..but everytime i do, she feels i am "attacking" with hate. i dont hate anyone. why is it that i am the only one who cannot have an opinion? now i have been told that she feels my hubby and i will not make good foster parents, because we are "hate spewing conservatives". i have struggled just as much with my family with divorce, and abuse, and yes ive found a wonderful man, who shares my views on family and politics, and im sorry if that offends any of you. i thought you were my friend. i have many friends who are liberal. i luv talking with them and jeffp is one of them. we don t agree politically, but he has NEVER taken something i feel about the government, and taken it personally. every time i type something this person thinks it is an attack on her. i always thought of this person as one of my best friends.. i wanted to go to her state to meet her and her family. now all i see is the vindictiveness. i cannot believe that because i am a conservative, that i wont be a good foster mother, i am a good mother, i am a good wife. lots of people think i am a good friend, except the one who cant see that other people have their own minds too and dont have to agree all the time. i dont sit here and type in anger, i am typing in sadness, cause someone i thought cared has showed me their real colors. i saw this attack as more hate than anyone deserves. i am glad to see it was removed. unfortunatley i read it first. kellyc aka saucy

some people are funny and dont really like to admit it, but ive been going gray since i was in my late 20's. ive been dying my hair forever it seems..back in high school once i had it dyed magenta, and purple. ive never gone blonde, cause i dont think it suites me complexion. i usually stay in the dark red/auburn tones. i got a bright idea once that red hair with gold highlights would look really pretty. i ended up looking like rainbow brite, lmao with 4 different color hair. thank god we wore hair nets at work, it was too late to dye it back, till the next day. once my best friend in jr high, and i decided to try that "hair painting" highlight kit. we looked kinda cool, and the next day at school, my friends were laffin...lynette wrotethe word "HI" on the back of my head.lmaoo so tell me do you dye your hair? have you ever done a radical change, like black or platinum blonde? i havent tried those yet maybe someday...all i do know is i wont be gray unless loreal stops makin hair dye! kellyc aka saucy

With a record like that, is it any wonder that we suspect her of being less than honest and straightforward?

my husband and i have decided to become foster parents. it isnt a full time thing, but a transition home for kids under 7 who need a place to stay until a permanent place becomes available. the need up here for foster parents is so great, and we both love kids, and think this will be a great experience for our family. the kids are excited, my daughter has offered to share her room if we get a little girl and we have a spare computer room that we will turn into another bedroom. we have to go meet with case managers next week, and then they will come out and check out our house. we are very excited to offer our home to these kids who need a little comfort and love. i will let you know what happens as time goes on. kellyc aka saucy

today my middle son and i went to the funeral of his football team mate. he was 16 yrs old. i wonder if 16 is old enuff to be a responsible driver. almost everyday at my kids school, there is an accident, kids trying to beat the buses...just trying to get home...he had been coming home from our schools hockey playoffs, our team went to state playoffs. they arent sure if he fell asleep, or was texting, or changing a cd...but he crossed the yellow line and hit another car head on. he killed that person too. the boy who was in the car with him is in critical condition. it makes me wonder why. his parents are just in shock, the pain there was almost too much to bear. all the boys on the football team came to honor him. my son who thinks he is so tough, tried to hold back the tears, but couldnt. he asked my why mom? he was just a kid. i dont have the answers for him. i dont know what to say to make the pain go away. its hard to see someone view death for the first time. i shared with him, the losses ive experienced, both the loss of my grandparents, which the kids were too young to remember well, and all the way back to the loss of some of my friends in school. it all seems so pointless and helpless. all the bickering and stupid stuff that happens here. the hurt feelings because of chat or blogging, kinda seems pointless when you see a 16 yr old boy with his whole life in front of him..get put in the ground. kellyc aka saucy

today is my 44th birthday. i woke up to 2 dozen yellow roses and a handwritten card from my wonderful hubby, it said, to my wife, my friend and my love..im glad you are in my life, and i love the beauty that is kelly. it made me cry with joy and i just wanted to share. i hope your day is a lovely as mine. kellyc aka saucy

how do things get as bad as they do? people who were friends are bickering...or not speaking at all. accusations are flying round and round, like a tornado dragging more and more people in..one feud departs so another can grow. it sad. ive done my share of wrong things here, i know i have. sometimes i type words without thinking about their affect on people. sometimes i took remarks to heart that may have not been meant in a mean way. there are people i love here, people i like, and people with whom i dont see eye to eye. but we r all still people. i have resolved to not be a part of the bitterness any more. i still have my own thoughts on things, i still hate the clintons, lol, as much as some of you love em, i will still speak my mind..but im gonna try as hard as i can..not to respond to the bitter name calling and hurtfulness that has been taking place. ill try not to respond to any things written to hurt me, or that are aimed at me, without thinking rationally and not just from my emotional being. there is no reason why people cant just agree to disagree without dragging it to a new level. that does NOT mean i wont be passionate about politics, or things i believe in..it just means im not going to react to negativity in the same way. maybe im growing up a bit. but the pain and stress isnt needed..in my life or anyone elses life. i hope all of you come to some agreement in the future. we are all here for our own reasons, and i doubt the things we need are being met by expressing the anger and meanness that has been happening lately. you can all stop or not, but im not going to be part of it anymore..i just wish you the best good luck!! kellyc aka saucy

i always see people telling us to "verify" information by going to snopes...ive been trying to determine who owns snopes.. does anyone know? ive googled and gone to the website...and cannot find any info on ownership.. before i take someone elses word as gods, id like to know who im dealing with kellyc aka saucy
