my MIL is a wonderful woman. she is very loving and giving. but now she is giving too much, lol. i have a garage full of stuff she has given me, and more came yesterday..she changes her decor alot, and i get what she doesnt want anymore. i tried to tell her one time that i didnt want something..it was an over stuffed chair, and we just didnt have room for it. she was so hurt, that i felt like an ogre, and we took it anyway. my husband said that she thought bcause i didnt want it, that i was questioning her taste, or something to that effect. but i wasnt..i just dont have anymore room. i put some of the things shes given me out at a yard sale and then she came over and just gave me that " look". lol help me please!! how can i be gracious and let her know that although i love her and her tastes..i just dont have anymore room. i dont want to hurt her feelings, but im at wits end right now.hellllllppppppppppppppp! kellyc aka saucy

in June 1982, i was 18 and and just graduated from highschool. my friends and i decided to go to ocean city Md. to celebrate. omg we had a blast hanging on the boardwalk and people watching, flirting with the life guards. there was one partcular life guard who i thought was soooooooooo hot named shea. one day i thought, i am so gonna impress this guy. i rented a boogie board and went out into the surf to show him some moves. i ran out into the water in perfect bay watch form...when my friend lynette yelled for me. i turned around to answer her and promptly got rolled by a wave and tumbled the whole way into shore. i got up gaging and choking...and relized my swimsuit was down to my waist and i was flashing the whole beach, including my beloved shea...who was trying not to laff his butt off. i quickly tried to duck into the water and "repostion" myself, got half a boob in and almost fell again. once i got both of the girls under control, and tried to muster enuff courage to go back to our blanket, i turned around and there were all my friends clapping and cheering, along with shea. boy i think my face was as red as its ever been. that was my first and last attempt at doing the baywatch thang. kellyc aka saucy

Despite the lackluster performance since last year, McCain's lifetime attendance record is fairly solid -- he's missed 11 percent of votes since 1987 -- and he's nowhere near as missing from the Senate as Sen. John Kerry was four years ago, when he missed 72 percent of votes in 2003-04, according to the New York Times. Clinton has missed 27 percent of Senate votes, while Obama missed 37 percent. this was taken from a cnn website.

i talked today to our social worker. we r on line for getting our foster care license. we have to go to 3 three hour training sessions. we were told that if we go for the younger group, ages 6 and below, it would be better if i go back to being a full time house wife, because they need alot of reassurance and love, and mainly time. most of them are coming from drug families and or abuse and neglectful situations. this is something i am willing to do, because i just feel they need love. we were told it can take from 4-6 months to get the license. ill post more as i get it. kellyc aka saucy

for awhile now i have been watching the movie dream girls. i would have loved to see it on broadway, it is so powerful. but you know how you get a song stuck in your mind and it never leaves..that is what this song has done to me. i find myself singing it all day and when my daughter comes home from school she sings it with me. the words touch my soul and i thought i would share them with you.

everything is a go with our foster care adventure. we went in and talked to the case manager, and now have to go thru a criminal background check. well im not worried bout that unless being a repub is a crime lol. they also will do a check on our kids, their backgrounds and health records. its moving along pretty smoothly. we are starting to remodel our computer room into a spare bed room, and the kids and i went to the thrift store looking for some age appropriate toys and clothing to have on hand. i really cant wait, our friends who first spoke with me about being a foster mother, have 2 little girls that they have actually adopted now, and they also have 2 more that live with them. tyrone said it was one of the most fulfilling experiences hes ever had.we are all getting excited at the prospect of having a young child in the house again. ill write more when i know more. kellyc aka saucy

i invite everyone to read my blogs, and tell me how much "hate" ive inflicted. it has been said that i "write something hateful about hillary clinton almost everyday. i would offer up my blogs for anyone who wishes to check out those facts, i have NOT removed any of my blogs as has been stated a few times. i have blocked one from my blogs and her hateful comments thus have been deleted. i will, have and will continue to write blogs about any political subject i wish and everyone has the right to read or not read them. i will NOT change my political conviction for someone who sees what i write as personal attacks. the info i use in my blogs i DO research, and i dont force anyone to believe them or read them. thank you kellyc aka saucy

why is it that politics are so volatile that people cant discuss it like peaceful human beings? i definitely have my own views and i like to debate or discuss politics with other people of the same or differing views. but someone always seem to think that discussing means attacking. it doesnt!! i know that sometimes there is a presumption because we cant hear the tone of voice in typing and that comments can be taken as anger when they really arent meant that way. many of us that are talking about things arent mad at all..we are just conversing. i respect peoples opinons that are different than mine..i never put down their views, not intentionally, and i hope it is never taken that way because i am passionate about my beliefs. but my passion isnt disdain for your beliefs. just because i dont like the clintons, doesnt mean i dislike everyone who is a democrat. i have always been taught that people can discuss things that arent always pleasant but are important. if we cant give our opinions why be there? is it ok for people to only agree with one side? just because someone doesnt..does it make it wrong.. or just different? i for one think there can be intelligent conversations with pros and cons on both sides, without it leading to a battle. but i guess i am in the minority. i also think that blogs can be controversial, not hurtful, because we as a society have differing views..we do not have to agree with everyone, and as long as the disagreeing happens in a respectful manner, it isnt hurting anyone. when did our country and lives become so politically correct that it is wrong to disagree? it just isnt real! conflicts in real life go on everyday, and if just for the sake of always looking "pleasant", we should never write a controversial blog that may upset someone else, what is the point of blogging at all? it is unrealistic to think that we r all the same. there is nothing wrong with having different points of view. there is something wrong with always looking at comments as personal attacks, when they arent such. life isnt always flowers and hearts and sweet, why should our blogs and chat have to be? kellyc aka saucy
