WHY ARE THE PICS. COMING OUT SO SMALL????? Aug 13, 2009 9:06 pm

I am following 1750 "how to post a pic. on picasa3" doing exactly the way it was written (I have printed it) so with this in hand I followed it to the letter, now the pics. comes out small on the left side...when I go on my blogs they are the right size, but when I go into the blog they are small...Now what the heck am I doing wrong this time, jeez, and I passed calculus ?
