We had an opportunity to buy a home on a hill. It was $37,000 dollars (in 1970). I chose another home. I could just kick myself!!! I had not thought of it in decades. But recently I started detouring and driving over that hill and realize now, that house would have been more suited to who I have become. I'm not losing sleep over it, but hind sight is 20/20.
How about you? Regrets anyone?
