| 1st Christmas |

729 Views | Well, everyone knows, that this will be my first christmas without my beloved wife Danita. I have already decorated the apartment, because, I know she would want me to. I will also be going to PA, to be with family, so that I wont be alone. Beside I know, that I could use a change of scenery. At this time, I think of the first Christmas we spent together. We had invited a friend of our over, so that he wouldnt be alone on Christmas. She proceeded to make us a great feast. Then we watched "Its A Wonderful Life", "A Mircle on 34th Street" and "Young Frankenstein". The last one is very Christmasy I know LOL. We than went caroling through out the building, and the neighbors were surprizes and very happy to see and listen to us.
Than I think of last year. I was at the Dollar Store, and found some figures from the Christmas show, "santa Claus is Coming to Town". You know, the oone Fred Astire narrated. Well, anyway, she took the figures, and proceeded to make little scenes from the show, and we put them at the bottom of our tree.
I think, what is a comfort to me right now is that, this year she will spend Christmas, with the person, for whom we celebrate Christmas.
So as we approach this festive season, remember what it is really all about. so with that I say...Merry Christmas, Happy Hannach, Happy Kwnaaza, Happy Holidays, Seasons Greetings and a Happy New Year!!!! | |

1071 Views | What do you think of profiles that have the saying.."Prefer not to say" in them?
I can see somethings, like it is really nobodys business, just how much a person makes. However, there are some profiles, where basically the whole profile is one big PREFER NOT TO SAY. How do these people expect to attract anyone one, when they dont give out any info. I am just curious. | |

| Christmas movies |

789 Views | As we enter into the holidays, there will be holiday themed movies on tv and in the theatre.
For a more grown up movie, I always lived "Scrooged" with Bill Murray. Believe or no, my wife's favorite Christmas flick was "Ernest Saves Christmas". What atr your fav Christmas movies? Do they bring back any special Christmas Memories? | |

983 Views | I got home from work a few hours ago, and I sat down in front of the tv, to un wind a little. TVLAND was showing Andy Griffith all day, so I thought I would watch a little. The two episodes I watched, were favs of my wife And Mine. The first one was called "THE WARDEN". Its where Otis (the town drunk), must served his sentence at the Taylor house, since there was no room in the jail. So everytime he tries to sneak away, Aunt Bee catches him, and asks him if he finished his chores. He would shake his head and say"no Aunt bee" In reply, she snaps her fingers and says "Get to it". (On a side note, many times when we would be kidding around, and I would tell her I need to do something, she would snap her fingers, and in her best Aunt bee voice, she would say"Get to it!!! LO
The second episode was one, which was one which feature One of Andy's girlfriends...Peggy the County Nurse. The first time we saw her on Andy, I made the comment, That out of all Andy's girlfriends, I thought Peggy was the prettiest. So sometimes to tease me, if we saw her on tv, she would say, "Peggy, Peggy, Peggy..thats all you ever think about. So I would tell her, that there was never anything between Peggy and I, because I was only one year iold at the time. Still she would put a pouty look on her face, just so I would have to kiss her, to "Unpout" her so to speak. I would give any thing, to be able to do that again.
Well, These memories just hit me, as I was watching Andy Griffith on tv, so I just wanted to share them with you. Hopefully, I will share more with you later. | |

| Thanksiving wishes |

Mood: optimistic, 824 Views | Hello friends. I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. At this time of year, we always reflect about , what we are thankful for. I am thankful, that I was able to spend 3 years, with the most wonderful woman, that God put on this Earth.
Now, for anyone who is interested, I have composed a very special Christmas letter, which I will be mailing out with my Christmas cards. Anyone who wishes to recieve a letter (and Card), please send me an email, with the appropriate information, so that I will know where to send it. We are now starting into that season of cheer and Good will towards men( and women). Letsmake it the best ever. | |

Mood: disappointed, 994 Views | | Well, I came into chat, and I was having a pleasant chat, when a cy ber cat-fight broke out. Now, I wont say who started it, because that is not important. I am friends with people on both sides of this "disagreement". All I can say is that it is time to burying the hatchet, and i don't mean in the other peoples heads. Both sides have been very nice to me, in trying to help me, through the loss of my wife. So I know, that they can be good people. If you don't like or agree with someone, than put them on the famous iggy. Than they cant bother you. Now shake hands, and give each other a big hug. | |

778 Views | Now like most guys, when it comes to movies, I like something with action War movies, cop flick Sci Fi, Westerns, it doesnt matter, as long as there's action in it. Now when your girlfriend, Wife, SO tries to get you to go to something with a little romance in it, we tend to hestitate. No self respecting macho guy would want to be seen coming out of a Chick-flick. However, when we are in the privacy of our own homes, now that a different matter. Come on guys, lets make a list of chic flicks, which we are not ashamed to admitt that we like. We will start off with my favorite movie of all time.

| Most memorial Thanksgiving |

768 Views | Well, my friends, Turkey day is almost upon us again. SO I wanted to see if anyone wanted to share their favorite Thanksgiving Memories. For me it would have to be, the first and second Thanksgivings, I shared with my wife. They were so filled with good food and Love. The first year she prepared the meal herself, while the second I had to help her. During this time of year, we are supposed to reflect on what we are thankful for. I am thankful, that I got to spend the three best years of my wife, with my sweet Danita.
On the lighter side...When I think of Thanksgiving, I always remember my favorite Cosby episode. Its the Thanksgiving episode, where he has to keep going out in the rain to get grocries for his wife. Then when He finally gets home, all his family is around the table waiting for him, and the sun comes out. | |

Come on lets hear it. Mine was in fouth grade. She was this pretty blonde girl, who had just moved to town. Even her name was pretty. I had that crush from 4th grade to 10th, and I got no where.
