Working as an entertainer ....

Working as an stage dancer/entertainer is harder then most people know. A person with multiple skills, talents and most of all " a can do will do anything" at tit ude, may find work. Dancing, acting and physical training is a must. Performer make work all their lives for just one show or performance. Vegas has so many long running shows, that each roll or position is played by several different people most of the time. Hotel owners and show directors want their shows to be larger then life. So the entertainers must come on stage and wow the crowd presents.
I started out as a model at the age of 14 not making any money at it. I did kids cloth ads for the local stores. My mother put me in dance and modeling classes which I enjoyed. Mom did want me to like what I was doing, unlike many girls and boys that were forced to go. I didn't go very many modeling compe tit ions. If I wanted to go Mom took me. At the age of 16 I had my first agent Tommy Reed, who is still my close friend. I didn't get alot of work and beside at 16 I decided boys were cute overnight ( I was a late bloomer with boys.) Mom let me decide if I would model more or not, which Tommy got upset over. At 18 I was getting alot of work, I guess my look is what they wanted. ( I say alot of work, but the pay was like a 75 dollars for 4 hours of photo shooting.) Then I got a call to model/ dance in Robert Palmers music video. After us girls saw the tape of us dancing and pretending to play those instrument, we thought the pubic wouldn't buy it at all. Well they did and we had a good gig for a couple of years. The down side was, we partied, drank and did drug s to often. We liked the lifestyle and the money was pretty good. I worked with the band off and on for 4 years and toured for 6 months. Mom knew I was getting into problem, so she help me and we moved to Las Vegas. We both got work in less than 2 months I was just 21. I got a bartending job, and they loved me. Mom worked for a hotel salon doing make-up. I went to casting calls that I read in the newpaper. It seem like in no time I started working in the hotel shows. My first show was Diva's of Playboy, I wasn't in the show, I was the seating bunny that wore the Playboy getup. As time went on I got my name out and got better work. The last big shows I did were Zumanity at New York – New York.,Jubilee Bally’s, O Cirque du Soleil at Bellagio, X Burlesque at the Flamingo, Crazy Girl at the Riviera, Folies Bergere , (I loved this one), Spamalot at the Wynn, Devil’s Diva’s

If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?

I realize that people should look past our looks and enjoy us for our personalty.
I wish to loss weight.
I wish to gain weight.
I wish I could get a new face.
I wish for new legs.
I wish for a whole new body.
I wish I was taller.
I wish I was more social.
I just wish men would look at me more.
I wish I could have one of those TV makeovers.
I wish more people were as happy as me with themselves.

Hi everyone my name is Krissie. As I learn about online friendships and meet people on this site. I am the type that laughs and makes jokes in my face to face real life and it can be very different here. Online I have to think, am I acting right for that person I want to notice me.I have to step back and think. Then i have to think again. I know some see me as a pretty face, look shes younger then the other women. I am sorry if you feel I am to young to be here. I enjoy older people, thats just me. I hope and try not to lead people on. I do feel some testing my every move or word. Well thats life, take the good with the bad.I think everyone needs to label others in the chatroom and on this site as, Just acquaintance, a person, a friend, personal friends, a loving friend, a lover. My point is don't get upset if everyone doesn't agree with you here on any given subject. Find the fun ones, there here too.

I am looking for a bestfriend, male or female, one on one. So sorry couples I'm not for you. To be my lover you are going to have to take your time with me. I have my walls up, I hoping we can tear them down together.

First I should say my mother was a unschooled and untrained makeup artist most of her life. She started out putting on make-up on girls where she worked at the local Five and dine store. This lead to her working at other department stores at had make-up counters. This was in Southern Cailfornia. As we moved from place to place ( we moved a lot.) she continued working with make-up and skin care products. Her last job before she retired was a Make-up artist on call in La Vegas. The following 15 foods are great for your skin:

Olive Oil (extra virgin). Adequate intake of essential fatty acids keep dry skin moist from the inside out. Olive oil along with seed oils help prevent the flaky skin that many women complain about. Help diminish wrinkles associated with parched skin by substituting saturated fats found in butter and margarine with unsaturated fats. Swap the butter dish for a bottle of olive oil on your dining table.
Dark Leafy Greens. Known for their antioxidant properties in the fight against degenerative affects of aging, they also contain the zinc. Zinc helps disable impaired collagen making room for new collagen. Zinc also helps to clears acne.
Beets. Contains high levels of iron. Women who don’t consume enough iron are especilly prone to dark circles under their eyes. If beets are not a favorite try drinking their juice mixed with the juice of carrots and even a bit of apple. The taste is sweet and yummy. Most natural food store chains have juice bars.
Water. The majority of women are walking around dehydrated. Dull, ashen skin is a sign of dehydraton. Water will plump up the skin and make existing wrinkles less obvious. 8 glasses of water each day is the rule of thumb, more for women who workout. Be consistent each day with water intake for best results
Winter Squash. These hard-skinned vegetables contain high levels of antioxidant vitamins A and C. The Vitamin C helps keep skin elastic and inhibits bruising. Vitamin A helps the skin resist infection,

Face Food #1: Avocados
You had to know we couldn’t talk about face foods without mentioning avocados. This creamy, green fruit is abundant in essential oils and B-complex vitamins that nourish your skin, inside and out.
Face Food #2: Mangoes
Mangoes have more than 80% of your daily requirements for vitamin A, which is why they’re such a great face food. Vitamin A maintains and repairs skin cells; a deficiency will result in a dry, flaky complexion. As an antioxidant, vitamin A also fights free radical damage that can prematurely age the skin. And with fewer than 70 calories per serving, this succulent fruit is the perfect pick for your figure, not just your face.
Face Food #3: Almonds
Not only is it a gorgeous shape for your eyes, almonds are also great for your complexion. With 150% of your daily need for vitamin E, it’s no wonder that getting a bit nutty is good for you.

Vitamin E's rich oils moisturize dry skin, while its antioxidants protect against skin damage and premature aging of facial tissue.

Face Food #4: Cottage Cheese
Dairy isn’t just good for your bones, it’s great for your face, too. But it’s the selenium in cottage cheese, not the calcium, that has us really going wild for these creamy curds.

Selenium, an essential mineral, teams up with vitamin E as a powerful free radical-fighting antioxidant duo. Plus, it’s been touted to protect against skin cancer and even fight dandruff.

Face Food #5: Acerola Cherries
Your average cherry doesn’t supply a significant amount of vitamin C, but don’t tell that to this particular fruit. One single Acerola cherry supplies 100% of your daily allowance for vitamin C, which is great news for your skin. As an antioxidant, vitamin C fights skin damage and wrinkles. It also plays a central role in the production of collagen, the structural protein in your skin.

Ain’t life just a bowl of cherries?

Face Food #6: Oysters
Whether they’re an aphrodisiac or not, oysters are certainly in love with your skin. As a rich source of zinc, oysters may help fight acne. Since zinc plays a role in sebum production, a deficiency may contribute to acne problems. (See related story: Get Rid of Body Acne)

Zinc not only helps clear up acne, it can also help boost elastin (the skin's elastic protein) production with the help of vitamin C.

Face Food #7: Baked Potatoes
Unlike greasy French fries, a plump, steaming baked potato is actually good for your skinOne baked potato eaten with the skin supplies 75% of your daily need for copper. This essential mineral works hand-in-hand with vitamin C and zinc to produce the elastin fibers that support skin structure. Too little copper in your diet can reduce your skin’s ability to heal and cause it to become rigid and lifeless.

Face Food #8: Mushrooms
This fungi isn’t just for shish kebabs and stir fries; it’s also rich in riboflavin, a B vitamin that’s vital to your skin. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is involved in tissue maintenance and repair, but actually goes beyond basic skin care to improve skin blemishes caused by rosacea. This vitamin is so important for skin repair that the body will use up large amounts after sustaining a burn or wound, or undergoing surgery.

Face Food #9: Flaxseed Oil
It’s no secret that Omega 3s are great for your skin, but did you know that flaxseed oil is one of the best sources of this essential fatty acid? That’s great news if you’re not a fish-lover. Face Food #10: Wheat Germ
Don’t let the “germ” scare you – it’s actually just the embryo within a grain of wheat, and it’s very nutritious. Wheat germ is a good source of biotin, a B vitamin that is crucial to skin health. Biotin is so important to healthy skin that a mild deficiency can actually cause dermatitis, a skin condition characterized by itchy, scaly skin. Sprinkle wheat germ on yogurt for a tasty way to get more biotin in your diet.

Slather It On!
Don't just eat these foods to nourish healthier skin from the inside out! Some make for great facial masks, too.

Try this avocado mask to instantly moisturize your skin:

1. Mash one whole avocado
2. Add 1 tsp flaxseed oil and 1 tsp honey
3. Mix together until smooth and creamy
4. Apply to face and let sit for 15-20 minutes
5. Rinse clean with warm waterTake care of your skin by eating right and having fun with your food. Drink plenty of water and exercise daily to flush out toxins.

And don’t put toxins right back in your body! Smoking damages healthy skin and makes it more prone to wrinkles and an ashen, gray color – not a pretty picture.

Finally, always wear sunscreen, especially on your face, whether it’s clearly sunny out, or cloudy and gray. Buy a face moisturizer that contains an SPF of at least 15 to protect your face. Or, wear a hat that provides shade.

What Talk2MyHand ( and maybe other women) wants in a man Apr 3, 2008 8:00 am
Mood: curious, 376 Views
I have been on SFF since Febuary of this year. I have met some warm and fun loving people. I get my share of emails from both sexes and couples. I noticed that most men write very little to me. Unless I make a list of comments back to them. Ok guys, I found the below list ideas/ tips to get started with a woman you have interest in. I changed these tips for fun and to fit me.

Tip #1:

Sense of humor: (This is very big with me!)

Everyone wants to laugh and women specially. You don't need to be a comedian but if you start to see things in positive perspective, you will start to be funny guy. Also, you can laugh from the small things. The secret is to laugh with the girl, not at her.

You might think that it's very hard but I want to tell you that it's so easy, all you need to know is to do the right things. If your date and you enjoy together, it's will come naturally but if there is a silent and you don't know what to say, start to laugh, yes, fake it and you will see that she will start to laugh with you and your date will be more enjoyable.

Tip #2:

Let her to talk: (Hell ya I'm a talker, but I must have feed back too!)

Women love to talk, as much as they can, so I ask myself why not? Let me talk, just be there and listen.

There are several things that you can do in order to let her to talk and talk. When she finishes her sentence, repeat on the last word.

For example,( This part is funny>

She: "Yesterday I saw a big dog..."

You: "Dog?"

She: "Yes... it was so frightening..."

You: "Frightening?"

Tip #3:

Strong personality: ( Huge huge with me!!)

Yes, women want you to be with strong personality. Women want you to have the ability to protect them, yes, even the feminism, this is subconscious need.

You can show her your strong personality by saying big things. What do I mean when I say big things?

Big things should present your life as an adventure... It's can be everything, such as plans for life, your hobbies and much more...

Ok, recapping ( Don't I sound so smart.)
I am writing my blogs on here for feed back, from both sexes. As do most people I have speed bumps in my life and I want to get over them and have a happier life. So please tell me what you think, good, bad or ugly. If you want my comments on your comments just ask.

Lets talk about sex from a man and woman point of view. Apr 1, 2008 12:45 pm
Mood: hungry, 583 Views
First my opinion of how men and women see thing in life in general.

Men see things in black and white or yes and no.
Women see things in color or yes and no, but also maybe.

Men see sex as a BQQ steak:
First the setting in the backyard with his Weber 10,000 made by Harley Davidson. Then select the meat, any cut will do as long as it looks good on the outside. Turn the Weber on.( 5 seconds foreplay)5 second because he had to find the button. Drop the meat on the grill let me turn it over a few times, ready in 6 minutes,"Oh baby you look good", On to the paper plate, let me stick my fork into you. cut/ saw back and fore, chew and swallow, belch he scores. What channel was the game on.
Women see sex as (ok a BQQ steak)First you need the right setting, soft light/ the grill with a warm flame. The flame must be just right for a slow slow melt. The man / The steak, a prime piece, a well hung I mean grilled piece of tasty flesh. The steak must be aged and seasoned to perfection/ inside and out. When the mood is right laid gently on the grill. The grill is hot and will leave kiss marks all over this tasty piece. Slowly smoking, smells yummy, juicy stud hunk ( sorry my private thoughts). The cooking may take longer depending of the thickness of the meat. Now plate it up on nice western ware. Slowly cut into it as the juices flow( We are on our toes as we are going to bite into this piece.)Chewing/ grinding on this prime stud/ steak ( sorry) piece after piece the juices flow hot kissing my lips. Oh my I must chew slower, no faster/ don't stop. ok ok The steak was a caramelize on the outside yummy melting flesh on the inside. Longest one course dinner I ever had.

OK, now its your turn, whats your point of view about Men and Women having sex?

PvtSFF/ID: Sweetheart its girls like you that make me double up on my heart medication.

PvtSFF/ID: I'm about 7 inches soft, but hard i'm.....
Talk2MyHand think your nose is bigger then that right now.
He: Can I buy you a drink?
Me: Actually I'd rather have the money or do I get to keep the glass.

He: I'm a photographer. I've been looking for a face like yours
Me: I'm a plastic surgeon. I've been looking for a face like yours. This month you get free steak knifes.

She: Hi. Didn't we go on a date once? Or was it twice
Krissie: Must've been once. I never make the same mistake twice.

He: How did you get to be so beautiful?
Me: I must've been given your share.

He: Will you go out with me this Saturday?
Krissie: Sorry. I'm having a headache this weekend.
He: Ok what about next week then.
Krissie: Sorry, I'm having my balls waxed.

He: Your face must turn a few heads.
Me: And your face must turn a few stomachs.

He: Go on, don't be shy. Ask me out.
Me: Okay, get out.

He: I think I could make you very happy.
Me: Why? Are you leaving?

He's( a few): What would you say if I asked you to marry me?
Krissie: Nothing. I can't talk and laugh at the same time.

He: Can I have your name?
Krissie: Why? Don't you already have one?

He: Shall we go see a movie?
Me: I've already seen it.

He's: Where have you been all my life?
Krissie: Hiding from you.

He's: Haven't I seen you some place before?
Krissie: Yes. That's why I don't go there anymore.

He: Is this seat empty?
Pam: Yes, and this one will be if you sit down.

Bob H.: So, what do you do for a living?
Me: I'm a female impersonator.

Steve: Hey baby, what's your sign?
Krissie: Do not enter.

He: Your body is like a temple.
KP.: Sorry, there are no services today.

Ron @ the front desk: If I could see you naked, I'd die happy.
Krissie: If I saw you naked, I'd probably die laughing

Cruiser(SFF): Where have you been all my life?
Talk2MyHand(Me) (SFF): Where I'll be the rest of your life - in your wildest dreams.
