This & That; as my mood swings, heck you may get a couple of poems from me. When I find out how to use this Blog thing, I might even include some of our SFF friend's fish pictures.

That's Right! She departing the Lodge this morning heading to see her daughter in PA.
If you remember our 1st date was back in November 2007 shortly after the St. Pete's Bash.

Since then One of Two things has happened, (your call).
1. We have had one date that has lasted 3 months with 3 side trips by Smiles to visit her family.
and/or
2. We have had three dates, lasting about 3 weeks each.

Anyway; those that said she could not adapt to country life in NC were wrong.
OK, I'll admit she likes to shop, spends a hour each morning putting on make-up and was having a nervous breakdown when she couldn't find anyone to do her nails.

But now the rest of the story. She loves to fish and is very good at it. She is a fantastic dancer and looks as great or better then her pictures.and what a sign painter, (I'll take pictures of some of her work and share them with you).

Friends; we both enjoy reading your Blogs and have not deserted SFF because of our involvement. We have just been busy getting ready to open up March 1st, 2008.
Smiles has taken care of most of the planning for the NC Country Bash in July and I have been finishing up a new shower building and re-doing a garden shop for GS4U.

Smiles will be back for Spring Opening March 1st, (either to continue our long date or to start our 4th date).

NOTE: Now if she gets her computer fixed and reads this blog, the above statement may be subject to change.
