I hope everyone had a pleasant Easter Day.
JD's mom took us out for Easter dinner. I had ham, chicken, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and corn YUM ! We came home and changed into work clothes. We have an outside chance of showers tonight with lawn work and with my gardening project I slaved away.

Passover 2023 starts at sundown on Wednesday, April 5 and ends on Thursday night, April 13 or Wednesday, April 12 depending on family tradition. The first Passover seder occurs on the evening of April 5, and the second Passover seder occurs on the evening of April 6.
Passover is a major Jewish holiday that celebrates the Biblical story of the Israelites' escape from slavery in Egypt. The holiday commemorates the Hebrews’ liberation from bondage in Egypt and the “passing over” of the forces of destruction, or the sparing of the firstborn of the Israelites, when the Lord “smote the land of Egypt” on the eve of the Exodus.

How many thought we'd added another MUTT to our pack?
This time it is the famous French author Victor Hugo. Victor-Marie Hugo ( 1802 -1885 ) was a French Romantic writer and politician. During a literary career that spanned more than sixty years, he wrote in a variety of genres and forms. He is considered to be one of the greatest French writers of all time. Many of you have probably read or watched a movie based on his works...His most famous works are the novels The Hunchback of Notre-Dame (1831) and Les Misérables (1862).
This time my blog covers an old French 5-francs banknote issued from 1956 to about 1967.
France suffered though a post-WW II inflationary spiral. To recover some value to their currency 100 old francs would now equal 1-new franc.
Mine came in the mail this morning. I played Martha Stewart mounting and framing it.

The shop delivered my car this morning. I had the windows tinted and they installed the "Lambo" louvered window covers.

No...
this is not a belated St Patrick's Day wish.
I went to water my hot pepper plants, as you might recall I planted a few days ago... and... Presto ! Chango ! ... there were some green spouts poking through!
