Me again, not her you say!! YES HER. Think I figured out the photo thing. Made some albums and posted them and think anyone can see them, don't hold me to that. Been playing Farm Ville on Face Book and when I was done with that, Farkle. Drove myself crazy, so I quit. Now I am sending this.
How is the weather where anyone who reads this is. Snowed here this morning, but stopped now, just cold...Brrrrrr. Like to be somewhere warm but can't get the dogs into my suitcase.
Here is a little Canadian Poem It's Winter Time in Canada And the gentle breezes blow Seventy miles an hour At thirty five below
Oh how I love Canada When the snow's up to your butt You take a breath of winter And your nose gets frozen shut
Yes the winter here is wonderful So I guess I'll hang around I could never leave Canada I'm FROZEN to the ground

Hi Well went over to my friends to sort out some of my Xmas things. It's all over the house now. Was supposed to be sorting out what I am going to give away....so far I am giving away...nothing...Yikes!
This is NOT working out the way I thought that it would. I guess I am going to have to be tougher on myself. There is Christmas stuff all over the house now and the dogs are stymied.
I have not even started on my Snowmen yet!!! There are hundreds of them and I Love them ALL! Maybe the dogs and I could move into the garden shed, but there is no room there either...Oh Well, at least it's not a critical problem....yet!
I am attaching some photos of some of my Snofolk so you can get some idea of my dilemma. Usually at Christmas I put away all of my Cows that I collected during my life and replace them with Snowmen. Space is the problem. Maybe I'll just move. I still have time....right?

Hi Again. Have been doing a lot of thinking the past couple of days. My girlfriend and I hand paint items and sell them at Christmas Craft Shows. We worked together as Nurses for 30 years and it was always something we wanted to do. This years sales have now begun, so I have been somewhat busy. All this Christmas that has surrounded me for the past week has started me thinking of Christmas Past.
Let me first say I have been a Christmas addict all my life. Usually decorate my home to the MAX. There are Trees in every room. I was always surrounded by friends and family and cooked a huge Christmas Meal every year, and loved it.
This is the very first Christmas ever that I will be completely alone. My girlfriend does not celebrate or decorate for Christmas. I have tote boxes of stuff stored in her basement and cannot decide whether or not to have Christmas here in this tiny house.
There is an entire life in those tote boxes and downsizing is not going to be easy. I can't keep it all, so I am going to have to decide what to do with it. Thought I would give a lot to the Seniors Residence in town here, and also the Museum as they decorate every year, and are running out of decorations as theirs gets older and worn out.
Then there are my Snowmen. I LOVE SNOWMEN!!! I have a collection of hundreds, all different, all wonderful. There's No Man Like A Snowman!!! I don't think I could part with any of them. So they will probably stay.
Once I get my home decorated I will post photos to share. May only have two trees. One hangs on the wall, and the other is my Memory tree. It is permanently decorated with decoration that belonged to My Grandmother and My Parents. Getting excited to unpack them all now. But I am sure I will wimp out and put up the rest of the stuff as well. So most likely I will be surrounded by Christmas Past and will just love it.
The number one comment I received every year from visitors and family was "overdone as usual!" Do you think that included the cooking as well? My Motto "If it's Black and smoking, It's ready!!" Something to think about!.........Norah
