The hearing resumes Tuesday on whether Fulton County DA Fani Willis should be disqualified from the case
The judge presiding over Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's case has announced that the former law partner of Nathan Wade, who she is alleged to have had an intimate relationship with, will have to testify in court on his knowledge of the timeline of their relationship.
Bradley is the former law partner of Nathan Wade and his former divorce lawyer, who defense counsel claim has direct knowledge that DA Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade's relationship started before he was hired in the Trump election interference case.
The judge's decision comes after an in-camera hearing Monday, which will be kept under seal, with Bradley and his lawyer, after the judge had previously said it appeared Bradley may have been misusing his attorney- privilege.

President Biden will visit the southern border on Thursday – the same day former President Trump is also scheduled to go.
Biden will travel to Brownsville, Texas to meet with U.S. Border Patrol agents, law enforcement, and local leaders, according to a White House official.
That same day, Trump is delivering remarks in Eagle Pass, Texas, Fox News has previously confirmed.
Brownsville and Eagle Pass are about 325 miles, or about a 5-hour-20 minute drive, apart.

JERUSALEM — The Biden administration is reportedly taking its goal of a temporary cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas war to the U.N. Security Council as early as Tuesday.
The administration is said to have proposed a draft U.N. Security Council resolution which in part would call for a temporary cease-fire and call on Israel not to go into Rafah in the Gaza Strip.
According to Reuters, the U.S. text states in part that it "determines that under current circumstances a major ground offensive into Rafah would result in further harm to civilians and their further displacement including potentially into neighboring countries."

This just simply isn't true. Donald Trump and his organization did EXACTLY what everyone does when getting business loans from banks. These are some of the most sophisticated financial organizations in the world. They do their own due diligence and valuations of assets. The loans were not made based on Trump's valuations they were made on the banks' valuations. There was no fraud and there are no victims.
I have been involved in negotiating lots of financial deals in NYC. There is no one fluent in corporate finance who can argue with those facts.
