This photo is from a health insurance company’s publication here in Honolulu. They advise patients to do yoga.
The yogi in the photo is wearing a hospital gown and what’s on the floor are med bottles. I assume the message is “ If you do yoga, you can throw away all your medications."

How Stiff Are You ?

I started doing yoga when I was already 50. A bit by bit, from simple stretching exercises to about 40 mints daily now……..
My lower back pain was gone only some weeks after I started yoga. Im far from what the woman can do in this photo. But Im still doing it enough to keep my joints & muscles flexible & comfortable. I can walk much faster than many younger people.

“ Small cars are nothing new…..Voila, the midget car, for about a decade has been available in rural France…..770 lbs, 4.6 ft x 8.2 ft....max 30 m.p.h….......…what more do you need for city driving ? ……..Exporting to Germany, Belgium.....……No plans to export to the U.S.“
So it works in Europe but not in the U.S ?

I’ve been shopping for this and can’t find one anywhere.
I understand you probably wouldn’t drive this on the freeway side by side with a cargo truck. Nor would I use it for grocery shopping. But it would be ideal to take it with me to meet a fun guy…..…He would say, “Holy cow.”
