STARGAZING FOR HER HEAVENLY SOULMATE
HER UNSEEN SOUL MATE

SHES FOUND HERSELF A SOUL MATE
BUT HE'S MERELY A CONSTELLATION PRIZE

NO OTHER WOMAN CAN POSSIBLY SEE HIM
FOR HE'S INVISIBLE TO ALL OTHERS PROBING EYES

ONLY SHE CAN HEAR HIS SILENT VOICE
THIS STRICKLY NIGHT PERSON FROM AFAR

NEVER TO APPEAR ON THE WALK OF FAME
ALTHOUGH HE LIVES AMONGST THE STARS

AND WHY DOES SHE ALWAYS LOOK UP TO HIM
WHEN HE'S ALWAYS LOOKING DOWN AT HER

FOR FLATTERY GETS HER NOWHERE
NOR WILL LIMO'S, JEWELS OR FURS

HIS SMALL FAMILY IS BUT TWO DISTANT COUSINS
FAITH AND HOPE ARE THEIR HEAVENLY NAMES

FOR THEY BOTH ALSO CAN DELIVER PROMISES
FOR HONEST TRUE WISHES VOID OF SELFISH GAIN

IT'S ONLY DURING SOME CLOUDY TIMES
THAT HER CONNECTION BECOMES LOST

YES A STARLESS NIGHT VOID OF HIS DELIGHTS
WITH HER SLEEPLESS PILLOW SADLY TOSSED

BUT THANK GOD FOR TOMORROWS
WHEN SHE CAN AGAIN WISELY GAZE

TO THOSE CLEAR SKIES UP ABOVE
THAT SHE NOW SO DEARLY LOVES

Never give up, but instead look up to something so much bigger than all of us.

There are reasons for everthing as stargazing can also bond in heavenly fashion with dearly loved departed soulmates not lost but in wait to spend eternity as two half soulsll eternally joined together to become ONE!

 Years ago, I had a special pen pal in Greece, and I would enjoy sitting out on my patio, gazing at the stars and watching the moon come up over the horizon. I knew that as the moon arose here, it was setting in his night sky. We often spoke of it in our emails.
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Thank you. It was a fun, romantic, flirting type pen pal relationship that we both knew would go no further than a computer screen.......... but I enjoyed it and looked forward to his poetry and pictures and the music that he attached to his emails.
