In this case.. You miss one of the more important Trump techniques...

Trump stands out and says... come manipulate me.. that's what he wants..

He wants to know what you want from him....He want's you to open that door.. So he can take from YOU.
Call it reverse manipulation...Call it the "Art of the Deal.".. Trump is all about leverage and blackmail.
