MOTHER'S DAY FERNS....
I love Ferns so much that I named my Fern........So it seems fitting that the Ferns are unfurling on Mother's Day.......While I was tramping in the woods today, I thought about the me in my late 20s and 30s who thought the best gift I could get was a few hours to myself........ That's what I was thinking about when I took these photos........It seemed like an alien concept to the me of now......but the wonder and gratitude conjured up by unfurling baby-fingers of fern returns every Mother's Day.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mothers, including Mother Nature.....
