 I share a driveway with my daughter's and her husband's gym.....they are work-out warriors and their friends come over and use the gym as well......My daughter tells me she has designed a custom work-out program just for me and teaching it to me would be great together-time........I can hear the pounding music from here........but my body says NOOOOO!!!!!!!!
