A look at the revenue generated by legal sales of pot in Colorado should answer the question. Take it form someone who has used it on and off since high school it's no big deal either way. Keeping it "illegal" is just another means of government control. As for medicinal properties, my take is that the major effect is that it relaxes body and mind. These 2 elements plus a belief that something is healing healing are what really works. Belief in something allows the body to heal itself.. The fact that Big Pharma has and is making too much money off of alternatives is the main reason I suspect it remains illegal. When I take a look at most of the meds friends and I need I joke about all I need is a place to grow pot and poppies and perhaps a few other plants and they won't need their meds. At the moment I use pharmaceuticals myself becasue they are easier to deal with, particularly becasue travel. Everyone expects grandma to take pills but not use pot and herbs. Spiritwoman ^i^

Puzzles, thanks for this blog. This drug should not be consumed, it's not good for the health. Have a nice day. Lisa.

Legalise it and guess what? Someone will want to legalise the next cab off the rank drug - ad infinitum. Besides how many would 'smoke and drive' causing many possible deaths? Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.
