 squandered and wasted is all the same to me, So yes, it's directed at both comments.

To me, there is no future, there is no past. We do, what we do, in the moment we do it.

Time it marches on, and can't go backwards. Soon enough we won't be here as individuals and in the future be here, as the human race. It's inevitable, as was the 15 billions years that has preceded us.

We have been given our time and place. We can not waste it, for it marks us and will be us, no matter what. We can only misuse it.

 "Jiminy we are playing with words and unfortunately words won't fix the issues facing earth right now. We need action, the ordinary man on this earth has to save it from those who are destroying it. If we don't use our collective power we are WASTING it - if we don't use this time in our history we are WASTING it. It's up to you and me and every other human being to not misuse this time by mincing words, but rather to act against those who are collectively destroying our home. We have to put the right people in office, people who won't be bought, people with principles, instead of the crooks and charlatans who are looking for personal gain."

In the scheme of things...it just doesn't matter
You can't change it, the inevitable
Some could say, that would be a misuse of our time here.
We can "wonder" what if, but I wonder if that's a waste of time..
I have been given my life and my time, It's all I have and all I'll ever know
Those that have come before, and those that will follow, will have their life and their time. Who am I, to judge what that time and life should be? When I can barely judge my own.
You can choose to be the custodian of this earth, I choose to just be one it's subjects. I am just one grain of sand, Those that would choose to save beachfront against the tides, forget that they too are but a grain of sand.

 You're right Jiminy you have a choice...and you have chosen to just exist. Good for you! Me... I want to make a difference

There is a difference between caring and responsibility. If you don't tell me I don't care, I wont tell you you're not responsible.

JUST exist? like that means something.
You have been put here for a higher purpose?
You JUST exist, too, you just don't know it!
Those that play with God, or play being God, JUST exist too, and they don't know it, either.

JUST exist.....It's what I do, it's enough for me, it's the wonder of life.
JUST exist.....Is it's own purpose, it's the purpose of everything.

So go ahead and make judgments on those that JUST exist. They may not be worthy, but you damn sure are..
