 I'm not sure exactly what that medal is supposed to signify anymore..... donors, for sure!
Of most of his recipients, I believe Biden is one of the most worthy, for all his years of service in Washington, but I'm still not sure that is reason enough for a medal. I fully expected him to turn to Obama, lean over to his ear, and say, "Now, that's a big f...... deal!"

 Didn't Obama give himself a medal a week ago? They have turned into "participation" medals, much like the plastic trophies given to children who are on a team, whether they play or not. We mustn't hurt anyone's feelings.
