What a fantastic shot!

We miss our pets when they are gone, they do indeed become "family".

Great pictures. I once had an all white cat, with the very plain and common name of Snowball. My folks found it at the gas station, covered in oil and dirt. When they brought it home and cleaned it all up, it was so fluffy and white that when they asked me to name it, that is what I called it because that is what it looked like.
We had a lot of barn cats that were tame enough for me to pet and handle, and when my mother and I had to leave the farm after my dad was killed, it was so hard to leave them behind. I could only take one and that was Snowball.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I just had a mental vision re-reading your comment back to me and burst out laughing
