Oh my Tom that is such a great story. You did what you could at the time and you should always remember that. You were also very kind to Alice and I am sure she never forgot that. You know maybe she never heard from that guy again but at least she had been loved at least one time in her life. Good post Tom and thanks for posting this. It is the little things that count in one's life.

Great story, Ranger. Such a sad way for Alice to end her days. I'm sure she appreciated the time you spent with her. Sounds like she was a very interesting lady, with many a story to tell. Thanks for sharing part of her life with us.
