Definitely the dog's!

Your blog brought two things to my mind. One....... a friend from another internet group sent me pictures of her daughter and grandson who just rescued a nine year old Pomeranian, to give him a forever home. The joy on the faces of the little boy AND the dog were priceless.
Two......... a few days ago, Joe's nephew rescued a kitten from the highway. It now lives in the lap of luxury with him and his dog. He shared pictures of the dog and the kitten, curled up together or watching out the window together.

Pets are a great joy..... and also a great responsibility. When ours are gone, there will be no more. I'm not sure if I am more sad or relieved.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Thanks for the post Ranger. I have always said my second life will be as a dog. These pictures are wonderful. We can learn many values in life living around animals. They never talk back and always there for you.

Wonderful blog Tom, thanks for sharing it with us. Animals have better feelings than humans in many cases, the photos prove it right. Though they cannot speak our languages but they show their feelings and affection in their own way, without imposing any condition on us.
They love us as we are, whomever we are and however we are. Their unspoken love is shown in their eyes, through their acts and their faithfulness. A lesson to everyone of us. Have a nice day Tom and thanks again.
Lisa.

Tom, of course I do have pets. When I was young, my parents always kept pets at home, we had a dog, two cats, several hens and a rooster. When I got married and leaved abroad, my hubby bought me a Labrador, I got two small monkeys, a Peacock, two hamsters and a pair of rabbits. I love pets very much.
When my hubby retired, he chose to settle here in my country. He bought me two GSD puppies from England, we one was black and the other was black and tan. Both used to be our beloved pets at home. We used to take them to the park, to the beach, to the football ground, to pets show and for a ride in our car, to visit our relatives and so on. I had posted a blog on my existing dogs even. Presently, I have my dogs, a water turtle, fish and of course different birds which we feed daily in the garden. So, you know now about my pets. I don't keep any cat cause my hubby is allergic to cat.
Thanks and enjoy your day.
Lisa.
