 Wasn't quite sure how to answer..... I don't think they should be directly responsible to create jobs, but they should make a tax and incentive programs that are conducive to private companies expanding and creating more jobs.
It seems that too many government "programs" turn into a mess.
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
