 As I said, I have been there and it is awesome. It was originally made for temporary use and later recast piece by piece to be permanent. Inside, there are dioramas along a hallway to show how it was done. It also houses an art gallery and other temporary exhibits.
On the top floor, are replicas of many of the statues found around the real Parthenon, but the 3-4 story tall golden statue of Athena is the focal point.
It is hard to believe that in a park in the middle of Nashville, the country music capital of the world, stands such a structure!
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
