 Trump's immigration policy probably IS legal...but the issue is that it was rushed into place without any thought or planning whatsoever.

BTW...Abortion is also legal...but I bet you would be cheering if those protesters were demonstrating about that!

You said Trump's ruling on immigration is legal. I more or less agreed with you then reminded you that abortion is also legal...but you refuse to uphold it's legality.

How can one [I]legal policy be different from another when you are discussing legality?

 Whether it's legal or illegal, good or bad for US security is hardly the issue. All the noise is about opposition to it.

The fact that Donald Trump defined himself as a racist and a bigot from day one of his campaign appears to be his problem now.

A legitimate politician would not have the same level of opposition ... 'legitimate' meaning, not a racist not a bigot, not having the mentally of a schoolyard punk etc. etc. etc.

 In my experience racism is a perception. If others continually perceive you as a racist, then you are a racist.

If you continually need tell people that you aren't a racist then you are likely a racist.

 We need such a ban in Canada BUT our PM refuses to believe that there are any threats (lest he forgets). He welcomes the refugees with open arms and refuses to discuss the subject of any terrorists slipping through or the vetting of those refugees. He assures us they are indeed vetted but we have seen otherwise. No doubt he misses Obama terribly!!
