 Hi Sandy,

It's wonderful to hear how your life is going.

I think that you could certainly do as well as a realtor... just remember to have the 'i's' and 't's' of contracts dotted & crossed before you sign. A good real estate lawyer should double check it before you sign.
There are standard sell-buy contracts available on the internet.

I'm still going back & forth from B.C. to Ontario, and will do that probably for one more year. Then maybe, I'll put down roots in British Columbia.

I'm glad to hear from your life and intersting future plans. It seems you have enough motivation, so, all will be doing nice. Adventures like that are wonderful.
