By next Tuesday there will probably be a "new" report on eggs. They will probably make one's eyes cross or some ignorant reason.

The egg industry is happy with the new findings, for now.

As with many recommendations, there seems to be little conclusive research done before everyone jumps on the nutritional band wagon!

Trans fats is another one.

Same for so many things. Much to the frustration of more than one doctor I always followed my grandmother's advice. "everything in moderation." She, my grandfather and my mother all lived into their 90's and were in perfect health into their late 80's.

One day they say one thing and the next, the opposite. I think the best thing to do is to eat everything moderately, to hedge our bets.
